We accept returns on full-priced items for store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the return meets our online policy conditions. 

Please note: Items returned outside this window will be sent back to you. 

We're unable to accept returns on jewellery, swimwear, sunglasses or any items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount further than our WELCOME10. Size exchanges are available, but are subject to stock availability. 

 

Online Return Process 

1. Contact info@lesserstore.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number. 

2. Follow steps provided by the team to complete your return. Please note, in order to be eligible for a return your order must be within 7 days of delivery and meet all the other conditions of our returns policy.

4. Once we've received your return, please allow up to 7 business days for the return to be processed. 

Please Note:
Returns and exchanges are not available for items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount of 10% or more. Sale items are final. 
Some exceptions are made if the item is deemed faulty. 

Credit notes are not offered on sale items. 

Shoes must be returned with all original packaging, including the box in undamaged condition. We cannot accept returns on shoes without the box or with marked or damaged soles. 

To ensure your return is accepted, items must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging still attached. Any items that don't meed these criteria may be returned to you. 

Size exchanges are available, but are subject to stock availability. 

 

Returning In-Store

You are welcome to return your item(s) for an exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase, provided the item(s) are unworn, in new condition, and have the original tags attached, along with your receipt. 

Please note, we do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty. In such cases, a refund, exchange or store credit will be provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. 

Lesser Store store credit is valid for 12 months and can be used for in-store purchases or online. 

 

RETURN POLICY 

Lesser Store will gladly accept returns of full-priced items within 7 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange, provided they meet the criteria of our return policy. Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds on jewellery, swimwear, sunglasses or any item purchased on sale or with a promotional discount of 10% or more. 

Size exchanges are subject to availability. Order cancellations may incur a small fee. 

Once we've received your return, please allow 5-10 business days for processing and to issue the appropriate store credit or exchange. 

Items must be unworn, unused, and in new condition with all original tags attached. Returns that don't meet these requirements will be returned to you, and no store credit or exchange will be offered. 

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. All returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit without tracking. 

In the case of faulty items, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If an item is deemed faulty, any repair or dry cleaning costs may be deducted from any refunded amount, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. 

International Returns: If returning from outside Australia, please mark the package as 'Returned Goods' or 'For Exchange' to avoid additional customs duties or taxes. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, and the return must include tracking.

Returns must be activated within 7 days of it being delivered to be eligible for store credit or exchange.

  2. Tag a friend in the comments section of the competition instagram post - each tag = one entry
  3. Optional additional entry: Repost the competition image to your Instagram Story or Grid and tag @lesserstore. If your account is set to private, please DM a screenshot of your post to @lesserstore for your entry to be valid.

Entries close Friday 29th August 2025 at 11:59PM AEST. Winners will be selected at random and announced on Saturday 30th August via our Instagram Stories.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. Lesser Store 10,000 Community Giveaway is active from 22.08.25 at 12:00pm AEST and closes on 29.08.25 at 11:59pm AEST.
  2. The prize is a Lesser Store gift voucher valued at AUD $1000, plus a Lesser store gift voucher for a friend valued at AUD $500.
  3. Gift vouchers are not refundable against previous purchases or redeemable for cash.
