RETURN POLICY

At Lesser Store, we're here to help you discover pieces you'll love now and wear well into the future. If you need help with sizing, styling advice, or have any questions at all, feel free to reach out, we're more than happy to assist.

We accept returns on full-priced items for store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the return is delivered back in original packaging and condition.

Please note: Items returned outside this window will be sent back to you.

We’re unable to accept returns on jewellery, swimwear, sunglasses or any items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount. However, our WELCOME10 discount (10% off your first order) is not considered a sale or promotional markdown.

Items purchased using the WELCOME10 code are still eligible for return or exchange under our standard return policy.

Size exchanges are available, but are subject to stock availability. Contact info@lesserstore.com with any stock availability inquiries.

ONLINE RETURN PROCESS

  1. Contact info@lesserstore.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number.

  2. Follow the steps provided by our team to complete your return. Please note, in order to be eligible for a return, your order must be within 7 days of delivery and meet all other conditions of our returns policy.

  3. Please send your return to:

  4. Once we've received your return, please allow up to 1-5 business days for processing.

Please Note:

  • Returns and exchanges are not available for items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount greater than 10%.

  • The WELCOME10 discount is excluded from this rule — returns and exchanges are available when using this code.

  • Sale items are final unless deemed faulty.

  • Credit notes are not offered on sale items.

  • Shoes must be returned with all original packaging (including the box) in undamaged condition. We cannot accept returns on shoes without the box or with marked or damaged soles.

  • To ensure your return is accepted, items must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging still attached.
