We accept returns on full-priced items for store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the return is delivered back in original packaging and condition.
Please note: Items returned outside this window will be sent back to you.
We’re unable to accept returns on jewellery, swimwear, sunglasses or any items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount. However, our WELCOME10 discount (10% off your first order) is not considered a sale or promotional markdown.
Items purchased using the WELCOME10 code are still eligible for return or exchange under our standard return policy.

Credit notes are not offered on sale items.
Shoes must be returned with all original packaging (including the box) in undamaged condition. We cannot accept returns on shoes without the box or with marked or damaged soles.
To ensure your return is accepted, items must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging still attached.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods or promotional events, dispatch times may be slightly extended.
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders, including international shipping.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the carrier, and are provided as an estimate only.
Please note that while we endeavour to ensure timely delivery, Lesser is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances outside of our control.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by their local authorities (see Taxes & Duties section).

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, billing address, shipping address, payment details, email address and phone number.
When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. Your data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your transaction. After that is complete, your transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

If these charges are not paid, the parcel may be returned to us at a substantial cost, which may be deducted from your refund.
