We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders, including international shipping.
Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Please allow up-to 3 business days for this process. During peak periods or promotional events, dispatch times may be slightly extended. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier. Lesser Store is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by their local authorities.
We accept returns on full-priced items purchased online and in-store within 7 days of delivery, provided all return conditions are met. Eligible items may be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Items received outside of this timeframe will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Once we've received your return, please allow up to 1-5 business days for processing.
Returned items must:
Be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition
Have all original tags attached
Include all original packaging
Shoes must be returned with their original, undamaged boxes. Returns without boxes, or with marked or scratched soles, will not be accepted.
Items that do not meet these standards may be returned to the customer.
Refunds are subject to a handling and processing fee
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Handling and processing fees are waived for exchanges and store credit
Store credit is issued at 110% of the returned item’s value
Store credit is valid for 12 months and may be redeemed in-store only.
Order cancellations may incur a small administrative fee.
Once approved, refunds, credits, and exchanges are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
If a returned item is deemed faulty, any necessary repair or dry-cleaning costs may be deducted from the refunded amount.
International returns must be shipped within 7 days of receipt to be eligible.
Customers are responsible for all international return shipping and delivery costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
To avoid additional customs charges, please clearly mark parcels as “Returned Goods” or “For Exchange.”

Lesser Store will accept full-priced online returns within 7 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange, provided the item meets our returns policy criteria.
We do not accept returns on jewellery, swimwear, sunglasses, undergarments, activewear, or items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount of 15% or more.
Refunds are subject to a handling and processing fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you choose a store credit, we are pleased to offer 110% of the returned item’s value to use toward your next purchase.
Lesser Store does not offer refunds on purchases made using Afterpay or other buy-now-pay-later services.

Where available, Lesser Store may offer select styles for pre-order, including special orders or extended sizes.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that all pre-order pieces are made or secured in advance and may require an extended production and fulfilment period. Full payment is due at checkout to reserve your item. Estimated shipping dates are provided as guidelines only and may be subject to change due to production timelines, supplier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Pre-orders outside our usual size run are considered final sale unless otherwise stated. Cancellations, refunds, or exchanges may not be available once production has begun. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, they may ship together once all items are available unless separate shipping is requested.
