Return Policy

Online Store

Lesser Store offers returns for change of mind on all online orders within 7 days*, however the following requirements and exclusions apply:

Clothing should be returned unworn, unwashed and in new condition with all tags in tact. Footwear should be returned unmarked and in original, undamaged packaging with all additional accessories still included e.g. dust bags, shoe box etc. (try on soft surface so soles remain unmarked).

Only eligible for return if deemed faulty.

No returns on sale items. *Excludes Welcome Discount Code.

In-Store

Lesser Store does not accept refunds, only exchanges for change of mind on all purchases within 14 days*, however the following requirements and exclusions apply:

Clothing should be returned unworn, unwashed and in new condition with all tags in tact. Footwear should be returned unmarked and in original, undamaged packaging with all addition accessories still included e.g. dust bags, shoe box etc. (try on soft surface so soles remain unmarked).

Online Return Procedure

• Contact info@lesserstore.com within 7 days of receiving your order including your full name, order number and items to be returned. 
• You will then receive return instructions.
• Within 7 days of receiving return instructions, return via trackable express postage to the provided address.
• Upon items returned, a review will be made of your returned items and if deemed align with our policy requirements your refund and/or exchange will be processed. Please allow up to ten days. 
• Lesser Store has the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to item availability.
• Lesser Store cannot guarantee item availability, please inquire for availability info@lesserstore.com

Terms

Refunds will be processed via original payment method only (unless store credit is used) and all refunds are processed in the original currency of the order ($AUD). Any conversion loss will not be covered within the refund process. 
Store credit for returns/exchanges will be valid for 12 months from date of return.
No refunds on any shipping charges or additional charges, including customs, duties or sales taxes. will not process refunds for returns that are lost or damaged via return delivery to Lesser Store.

Discount Codes

Occasionally Lesser offers promotional discounts in the form of discount or discount codes. Lesser is not obliged to reimburse or refund any dollar amount to any order placed without a discount code and cannot apply codes to orders retrospectively. Items purchased during a sale or using a promotional code may be returned for exchange or credit note only.
