About the role

As a Lesser Store Boutique Stylist, you will support the delivery of an elevated and personal client experience while contributing to the daily rhythm of the boutique. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming and refined environment, assisting clients with confidence, care, and attention to detail.

This role will:

• Support meaningful client relationships through genuine connection, attentiveness, and thoughtful styling assistance.
• Contribute to boutique sales performance while maintaining an intentional and service-led approach.
• Assist the team in upholding high standards of presentation, product knowledge, and client experience.
• Support daily boutique operations, ensuring the space reflects the standards and atmosphere of the Lesser brand.

The ideal candidate

• Previous experience in a retail or fashion setting preferred.
• Brings warmth, professionalism, and a thoughtful approach to client interactions.
• Has a strong sense of personal style aligned with Lesser’s minimalist and modern aesthetic.
• Is proactive, reliable, and confident working within a collaborative team environment.
• Has a genuine interest in luxury retail, styling, and client experience.
