About the role

As a Lesser Store Sales Associate, you will deliver an elevated, personal experience to each client and play an integral role in the boutique’s success. You’ll nurture meaningful client relationships, and style with confidence and depth.

This role will:

• Embody the standards of refinement, presentation, and behaviour that define the Lesser experience.
  

• Nurture a loyal network of clients through genuine connection, care, and an understanding of their individual style.
  

• Meet sales goals while delivering service with intention and integrity.
  

• Lead by example in client engagement, product knowledge, and styling, inspiring the team to uphold high standards of performance.

• Support daily boutique operations, ensuring the processes reflect the standards and rhythm of the Lesser brand.

The ideal candidate

• Previous experience in a a retail or fashion setting.
  

• Brings confidence, professionalism, and a thoughtful approach to client and team relationships.
  

• Understands how to balance commercial drive with discretion and style integrity.
  

• Is self-motivated, reliable, and aligned with Lesser’s minimalist and modern brand ethos.
