Senior Client Advisor

About the role

As our leading Senior Client Advisor, you will deliver an elevated, personal experience to each client and play an integral role in the boutique’s success. You’ll nurture meaningful client relationships, style with confidence and depth, and contribute to the ongoing growth and culture of the store.

This role will:

• Embody the standards of refinement, presentation, and behaviour that define the Lesser experience.
  

• Build and maintain a loyal network of clients through genuine connection, care, and an understanding of their individual style.
  

• Consistently meet boutique and individual sales goals while delivering service with intention and integrity.
  

• Lead by example in client engagement, product knowledge, and styling, inspiring the team to uphold high standards of performance.
  

• Demonstrate strong understanding of brand positioning, fabrication, and design detail to enhance client trust and experience.
  

• Support the management team to foster a collaborative, sales-focused, and inspiring boutique environment.
  

• Take ownership of daily boutique operations, ensuring the processes reflect the standards and rhythm of the Lesser brand.

The ideal candidate

• Has 3-5 years previous experience in a luxury or designer retail setting.
  

• Brings confidence, professionalism, and a thoughtful approach to client relationships.
  

• Understands how to balance commercial drive with discretion and style integrity.
  

• Experience in partnering with high-net-worth individuals in a selling environment. The ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness and professionalism both with clients and staff members.
  
  
• Is self-motivated, reliable, and aligned with Lesser’s minimalist and modern brand ethos.
  
  
• Is available full-time, including one weekend day.
